Maxxima’s 12 inch LED High Bay Light Fixture is delivers powerful, adaptable illumination for large spaces with high ceilings. Producing up to 40,800 lumens of bright, tunable white light, this fixture offers selectable color temperatures of 4000K, 5000K, and 5700K to suit a wide range of commercial and industrial environments. With an 80 CRI and a focused 90 degree beam spread, it delivers clear, accurate light exactly where it is needed. Designed for flexibility and energy control, this high bay UFO fixture features selectable wattage settings of 150W, 200W, or 240W, easily adjusted using a screwdriver. A detachable motion sensor is included and can be installed or omitted based on your application. The sensor offers a detection range of up to 40 feet in mounting height and a 52 foot diameter. After 5 minutes of no motion, the fixture automatically dims to 30 percent output, and after 30 minutes of no motion, the light turns off completely to help reduce energy consumption. Built with durability and ease of installation in mind, this black industrial barn style UFO light includes a 12 inch cable for hardwiring and a hook for straightforward mounting. Its rugged cast aluminum housing and wet location rating make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
