Return Policy

Free returns on all products within 30 days!

To create a return, you can use our easy online return tool, email [email protected], or call our customer service team 9am-5pm Monday through Friday at (866) 629-9462. To use the online tool, just log in to view the order in your account, then click "Return Products."

All products must be returned in their original condition with all components and accessories included. Any damage to the product or missing components or accessories may result in a 15% restocking fee. MaxximaStyle reserves the right to determine whether a product is eligible for return and refund.

Note that original shipping charges will not be refunded. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $8.99 will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty

Maxxima extends a limited warranty to the original purchaser that the products listed are free from defects in materials and/or workmanship only. Warranty terms for each product are listed on the description pages and range from 1-5 years. Maxxima will replace any warranted product to the original consumer/purchaser if the product fails because of defects due to workmanship and/or materials within the limited warranty period. Limited warranty is not transferable and applies to the original installation of the Maxxima product. This offer does not constitute in any way a product guarantee and Maxxima does not hereby assume any obligation whatsoever beyond sending a free replacement product. If you need to return a product for warranty after the initial 30-day return window, please email [email protected] or call (866) 629-9462.

Shipping Policy

All orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the lower 48 contiguous United States!*

For orders below $99, the following charges for standard shipping will be applied:

  • $7.99 for orders under $15
  • $8.99 for orders $15 - $58.99
  • $9.99 for orders $59 - $98.99

Orders ship via UPS ground or USPS depending on the content of the order and the shipping location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) from when they are placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to cancel any order. MaxximaStyle is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.

Expedited Orders

Expedited orders that require 2nd day or overnight shipping must be placed prior to 4pm EST on normal business days. Delivery is expressed in business days, so overnight shipping means next business day delivery.
