This Occupancy / Vacancy Sensor PIR Wall Switch from Maxxima has dual functions. Operating as a vacancy sensor, you can manually turn on the lights and they will turn off after a pre-determined period of time in the absence of motion. Working as an occupancy sensor ensures light will automatically turn on when you enter an area as well as turns off after a pre-determined period of time.
