At MaxximaStyle your complete satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received from us, you may return it to us within the first 30 days for a refund, or exchange. There are no strings attached, Just fill out the simple online returns form from the order page in your account, or email us at Returns@MaxximaStyle.com or call us at 866-MAXXIMA and someone will provide you with a return number, and instructions on how to return your product to us.
All products must be returned in their original condition, gift box with all components, and accessories included. Any damage or abuse to the product or missing components and accessories will subject you to a 15% restocking fee, or rejection of your refund.
For all returns we will deduct the original cost of shipping on your order from your refund.
MaxximaStyle reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for return and refund.
Maxxima extends a limited warranty to the original purchaser that the products listed are free from defects in materials and/or workmanship only. Warranty terms for each product are listed on the description pages and range from 1-5 years. Maxxima will replace any warranted product to the original consumer/purchaser if the product fails because of defects due to workmanship and/or materials within the limited warranty period. Limited warranty is not transferable and applies to the original installation of the Maxxima product. This offer does not constitute in any way a product guarantee and Maxxima does not hereby assume any obligation whatsoever beyond sending a free replacement product. Policy on Free Shipping
MaxximaStyle offers free shipping on all orders over $25. This offer applies only to orders being shipped within the continental 48 states. Orders shipped to Alaska , Hawaii , Canada and elsewhere will carry standard UPS or USPS charges. Most orders are shipped by UPS, however we do ship some orders by the U.S. Postal service.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from when you place them. Orders may take longer to process and ship if they are received outside of normal business hours / days. Any orders that require 2nd day or overnight shipping must be placed prior to 4pm Eastern on normal business days, and delivery is in business days, so overnight shipping means next business day delivery.
All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to cancel any order. MaxximaStyle is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.

Our company policy is that we do not charge your credit card until your product is in stock and ready to ship. If a product is ordered on our site which is out of stock or on back order you will be contacted by email or phone.
