Money Back Policy
MaxximaStyle extends our customers a Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of your product purchased from us within the first 30 days you can return it to us for a full refund
All products must be returned in their original packing, gift box with all components, and accessories included. Any damage or abuse to the product or missing components and accessories will subject you to a 15% restocking fee.
For all returns we will deduct the original cost of shipping on your order from your refund. It is the customers responsibility to ship back any returns at their own expense.
MaxximaStyle reserves the right to determine which products are eligible for return and refund.
Policy on Defective Products
Maxxima extends a 1 year limited warranty to the original purchaser that the products listed are free from defects in materials and/or workmanship only. Maxxima will replace any warranted product to the original consumer/purchaser if the product fails because of defects due to workmanship and/or materials within the limited warranty period. Limited warranty is not transferable and applies to the original installation of the Maxxima product. This offer does not constitute in any way a product guarantee and Maxxima does not hereby assume any obligation whatsoever beyond sending a free replacement product.
Order Approval
All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to cancel any order. MaxximaStyle is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices and availability are subject to change prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel the order.
Product Replacement Instructions
Please contact MaxximaStyle at Panor Corporation 631-434-1200 extension 11 or fax to 631-434-1457 for instruction and or a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Products returned must be shipped freight prepaid with the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
MaxximaStyle Policy on Items Out Of Stock
Our company policy is that we do not charge your credit card until your product is in stock and ready to ship. If a product is ordered on our site which is out of stock or on back order you will be contacted by email or phone. Your credit card will never be charged until your order is ready to ship and we accept cancellations at any time assuming your order has not been shipped. Please note that your funds are authorized at the time of purchase, and your credit card may hold these funds from you. MaxximaStyle will not officially capture these funds until your order is ready to ship.

Policy on Free shipping
MaxximaStyle offers free shipping on all orders over $25. This offer applies only to orders being shipped within the continental 48 states. Orders shipped to Alaska , Hawaii , Canada and elsewhere will carry standard UPS charges. Most orders are shipped by UPS, however we do ship some orders by the U.S. Postal service.
